SSL based VPN approach
Our servers utilize OpenVPN in order to establish a secure encrypted TLS connection with your computer. OpenVPN clients are available for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Android, OpenBSD, Solaris and many other operating systems. OpenVPN can work through most proxy servers and NAT routers and can breach many firewalls. The secure tunnel is additionally established on a commonly used port to disguise it's existence.
The encryption and authentication of your secure encrypted tunnel is based on the SSLv3/TLSv1 protocol and the OpenSSL libraries which have been (partially) validated under the FIPS 140-2 computer security standard. The cryptographic algorithm currently in use is the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).
All incoming packets pass through our firewall. Packets from unknown sources are automatically blocked. This behaviour can be easily configured in your admin panel to allow server applications to listen on specific ports (port forwarding).
Easy Server Switching
You can change your default endpoint (target VPN server) of your encrypted tunnel in your admin panel as often as you like during your subscription. There is no need to reconfigure your VPN client.
Your own private dedicated IP
All our services from the "Private Network" line come with your own dedicated ip address.
Play Network Games
Most VPN solutions don't support broadcast packets which are required by many network games. With our "Private Network" services, you can invite your friends to join your private virtual server and play network games together.
Our "Private Network" services enable your invited guests to see and access your network shares as if they were located in your local network.
